Cookin’ with Cowboys began in the scenic heart of Cody, Wyoming, where Vincent Fiore—of The Wiseguy Kitchen—set out on a unique culinary journey. Inspired by the rugged beauty of the Historic UXU Ranch near Yellowstone, Vincent combined his passion for food, the spirit of the Wild West, and a love for storytelling. What started as more than just a cooking show became a dynamic blend of adventure, flavor, and family, capturing the essence of American culture.

Cookin’ with Cowboys is a travel and cooking series produced by Black Rock Entertainment LLC, created by award-winning producers Vincent Fiore and Chuck Powers, and directed by S.R. Gentry, a recipient of the Andy Warhol Foundation Award. The show journeys across America—from deserts to mountains and ranches to small towns—uncovering stories through food and frontier spirit.
